The Lordship Arms is the heart of Real Ale 

The Lordship Arms, the quintessence watering hole offering Real Ales, Fine Wines, Good Food, where the art of good conversation thrives, whether you are in the bar, beer garden or standing around the open fire on those cold winter nights.

A traditional English pub set in the quiet Hertfordshire village of Benington, The Lordship Arms has been owned and run by  husband and wife team Alan and Daphne Marshall since 1993.  

Alan is a CAMRA member with a real flair for keeping beer in pristine condition.  

Alan and Daphne are celebrating their 20th Anniversary this year so please see the "Up and Coming Events", to join them in their Celebrations.


Our opening times are;

Monday - Saturday        12.00 - 3 pm and 6 pm - 11 pm

Sunday                             12.00 - 3 pm and 7 pm - 11 pm
